SVS Powersports offers FREE Standard/Economy Shipping (3-7 Business Days) on all orders to resident of the continental US (Lower 48 States) using the any carrier service that is chooses with tracking services. Shipping to Alaska / Hawaii will incur an additional charge that is determined on an order by order basis and is quoted at the checkout.Additional Shipping Options
Premium / International shipping services that include, but not limited to Expedited (1-4 Business Days), 2nd Day (1-2 Business Days), Next Day (Next Business Day), International Standard (Varies by destination) and International Expedited (Varies by destination) are available at checkout for an additional charge based on the destination and order dimensions, and must be selected at checkout if desired.If your order delivery address has service restrictions that can not be completed by certain carriers, it is your responsibility to notify us BEFORE the order is submitted or you will be held liable for any additional charges incurred for reshipping your order.
Order deliveries that are refused by the recipient at the time of delivery and are returned to us, will be processed as returns and are subject to our returns policy (please see returns policy page for additional details).
Sales Tax Policy
Sales tax is collected an all goods order to customers residing in the state of New York at a cumulative rate of 8.875% of the final order value (including shipping charges, when applicable). Taxes collected on an order are refundable in the event of a return and are not applicable to Clothing/Shoes purchased with a total order value less than $110.
Return / Replacement Policy
We at SVS PowerSports understand that sometimes items work, look, feel or fit somewhat different in person and that returns are sometimes needed. For this reason, we accept returns for ALL New, Non-Used products within 30 days after delivery date, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!
Defective Items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for assistance.Damaged Items
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately using the contact information included with the order. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.Limits of Responsibility

Return for Refund / Replacement:
All Items that are returned in a New, Unopened and Unused condition will be processed as a standard return and a refund or replacement will be issued within 1-4 business days of arrival at our location.Damaged by Carrier orDefective / DOA Item Returns:
In the event an item ordered arrives Damaged by the carrier or DOA from the manufacturer or fails due to manufacturing defects, we can offer a hassle free replacement of the item (subject to manufacturer warranty policy). In the event a replacement for your order is not in stock, we will offer a FULL REFUND for the item value and cover all costs of returning the damaged / defective item to us (NEVER ship it to the manufacturer) and process your refund as soon as the item is returned.Return Shipping:
In most cases, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility, but this is evaluated on an order by order basis, and if warranted, a prepaid return label may be provided to you with your return instructions to cover the cost of return shipping.Restocking Fee:
In most cases, we do not charge a restocking fee, but in the event the item returned is not in it's original packaging has been opened and needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for re-packaging, a restocking fee may apply to your return (Damaged by carrier / Defective / DOA items are exempt from restocking fees). Typical restocking fees do not exceed 15% of the order value unless the item shows signs of use, modification, misuse or tampering, which case the entire order value may be withheld. Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped within 1 business day from the date of purchase to the address provided. Orders submitted before 3PM EST will often ship the same day.
